MANEL PAVING, unlike many contractors, spends a great deal of time preparing and grading the base, as this insures high standards such as; proper stone thickness, pitch and drainage.

Through our many years of experience, we have developed a proven two-part method for preparing and paving your driveway (if it involves widening or digging out.)  Your driveway will be dug-out, graded and stone will be placed down and rolled as per your contract or request.  After allowing sufficient time for settlement (up to several weeks depending on the condition of your driveway, or the weather,) we will return to pave.  This method virtually eliminates any sinking or settlement problems.

In most cases all asphalt (unless physically impossible) will be installed using one of our four self-propelled pavers.  These pavers range in widths from 8-20' and are able to accommodate a wide variety of asphalt needs.
